Our Group Training Program offers a diverse range of classes to help you develop areas of focus including cardiovascular fitness, strength enhancement, endurance and flexibility. All this while increasing your energy levels to better prepare yourself for everyday life.
Our memberships allow you to attend our facility as many times as you wish. We offer all our members the below benefits and encourage them to take part in our three stage assessment process that is designed to guide you towards achieving your health and wellness goals:
A 30 minutes one on one session with a Fitness instructor, where we determine your exercise history, health and fitness goals, medical history and gain an understanding of your lifestyle habits to determine the most suitable program for you as an individual. It include:
- Height and weight
- Blood pressure
- Flexibility test
- Push-up and sit-up test
- Ergo-medic Bike test
A 60 minute session where an instructor will guide you through your individual program, explaining and demonstrating safe and effective equipment use to ensure that correct technique is executed and determine your starting weights for each machine. During this time, you will also find out your starting levels and speeds on the cardio equipment.
Every 3 months you have access to an assessment with another 30 minute program show through. As a member this is free, it is an informal appointment providing you with the opportunity to touch base with staff to see that they are ‘on track’ with your program.
