Our Group Training Program offers a diverse range of classes to help you develop areas of focus including cardiovascular fitness, strength enhancement, endurance and flexibility. All this while increasing your energy levels to better prepare yourself for everyday life.

Functional Fitness

Like cross fit this class it designed to work the major muscle groups and core through squatting, reaching, pulling and lifting.

Rapid Fit 45

A high-energy class that combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

X-Training

This class it designed to train the major muscle groups, core and give you a cardio workout. It combines a range of different exercises.

Fitness Class

A form of body conditioning, endurance training and/or resistance training using multiple exercises and various levels of intensity.

Les Mills Body Pump

Strengthens the entire body, in a fun environment to empowering music. Targeting all major muscle groups with squats, presses, lifts and curls.

Forever-Fit Seniors

Designed to help Seniors live comfortably. The class is designed for weight loss, range of movement, balance, overall well-being and social interaction.  

BOXING

A 30min workout based on the training principles used for boxing. It includes pad work, skipping, boxing drills and abdominal exercises.

LEGS ABS & BUTTS

45 minutes focusing purely on strengthening your abs, butt and thighs. A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises.

Strength & Conditioning

Based around strengthening the muscle through weights and conditioning the body with cardio. This class is designed for the day targeting different areas and goals.

LES MILLS RPM

An indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. Fun and low impact with great music pumping you’ll go on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

X-FITNESS

Like cross fit this class it designed to work the major muscle groups and core through squatting, reaching, pulling and lifting.

Circuit

A form of body conditioning, endurance training and/or resistance training using multiple exercises and various levels of intensity.

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga is a vigorous form of yoga performed in a studio that is heated to 38 degrees. The program consists of different standing and stretching postures. The postures require lengthy, forceful and sustained contraction of all major muscle groups. 

The demanding nature of the poses and the heat are designed to raise your heart rate and exercise your muscles, whilst creating an overflow feeling of power and clarity.

Bookings are essential. Note: Hot Yoga classes are not included in any of our memberships.
